Pricing info: Let us talk about this upfront....
The artists who share in FaillaDrums have spent years learning how to play AND how to teach and facilitate.
We are fortunate fools who are devoted to following our passion. This is what we do for a living.
That being said, we believe no one should be reluctant to come play because they cannot pay.
Unfortunately, artist and musicians are asked to give much of their work away as though it has no value.
Artists often suffer from frostbite and sunstroke with the amount of "exposure" they are given by being asked to
do their thing for nothing. And very, very, very often, we do. Volunteering is the most rewarding job there is. [ask any mom!]
I cannot name the value a class or performance has for you, but here are some suggestions:
a) Pay me what you get paid per hour. 60 minutes is 60 minutes. Our time is the same.
b) Figure out what your budget can afford and pay that. If you're struggling, you're paying too much.
If you feel like you're getting something for nothing, you're paying to little. Keep it real...
c) Exchange. How can we provide for each other with what we do?
if you're a single parent, see me after class....
